Our client presented us with a vacant 600 m2 block – a new house build in a new community. It’s located at the top of a prime location with stunning views of lush bushland from the back and, from the front, the distant Blue Mountains. Their vision was to build a modern, stunning family home, and Adesso Building Renovations delivered just that!
Adesso Building Renovations combined natural timber flooring with industrial-looking Brazilian concrete-look floor tiles, an open tread staircase, and large ceiling-to-floor windows throughout this two-storey, five-bedroom house, complete with a cinema.
The expansive foyer leads directly to a sun-drenched open-plan kitchen and dining area. The epic floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to stream in and present the family with gorgeous bushland views. The kitchen includes a large European oven, stove, and dishwasher and was built to utilise a butler’s pantry, perfectly tucked away and out of sight.
The alfresco dining and entertainment area runs to an in-ground pool, all easily accessible from the main living area via oversized stacker doors, which create a feeling of being connected with the great outdoors in summer and, at the same time, offer security and warmth throughout the winter months.
Upstairs, the huge master bedroom with its large walk-in wardrobe and private ensuite is complemented by four other full-sized bedrooms and three additional bathrooms. We made great use of the roof cavity and built a large, practical storage space.
Adesso Building Renovations delivered a modern, industrial-styled home with dark, moody colours juxtaposed alongside an abundance of natural light and gorgeous custom lighting throughout the property. It’s effortlessly comfortable, with a balance of crisp lines and symmetry matched with soft furnishings, a natural vista and grand proportions – a new house build in a new community.
