Our client wanted to fully renovate this one-bedroom apartment located in Cronulla. We were tasked with transforming 4 areas including the kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. They wanted a look that was closer to the beach-side vibe the location demanded.
Originally, this backyard started with a large, open grassed area with a rusty metal pool fence, original brick wall and overgrown garden around the pool. We transformed the space into a Balinese-inspired retreat, giving the client their own backyard resort. It’s large enough to entertain a large number of guests and easy to maintain.
The client wanted to increase their kitchen & dining space with as much natural light as possible. We took the original 80’s kitchen/dining room and transformed it into a modern, light and airy, open-plan area with large sliding doors, merging the indoors and outdoors to create a fantastic new family gathering space.
The original 30-year-old bathroom had a shower, small window, not much light and dated fittings. We removed all the original fixtures, fittings – toilet, vanity and shower, and demolished an internal wall to allow for more light to enter the room via a large window above the vanity.
A dated main bathroom that was in dire need of an upgrade received the Adesso Building Renovations treatment. This now-modern bathroom was completely transformed from a closed-in 3 room mess to a gorgeous, open bathroom with added free-standing bath, double vanity and easy-to-maintain tiles throughout.
The client engaged an interior designer to create a new black and white bathroom with a free-standing bath. With space restrictions at play, we created a sleek and modern bathroom that catered for all our client’s needs. The lux feel was accentuated with marble flooring and added pendant light with brass fittings for a touch of difference.
When newlyweds needed to save for their own place, mum and dad jumped in and asked us to build them a space of their own. What was there originally was just an old shed and some decking. We created a fully contained granny flat with a large living area, new kitchen, new bathroom & walk-in wardrobe.
Our client approached Adesso Building Renovations after consulting with an interior designer to completely revamp their 20-year-old bathroom into a modern masterpiece.
The brief was to turn an ugly concrete garage rooftop into a haven of natural delights, allowing for easy access from the dining room. We delivered exactly on the brief and the client was ecstatic.
Turning an ’80s home, complete with electric blue carpet and built-in dark brick bar, into a modern wonder. The transformation is nothing short of jaw-dropping.
With a large yet leaky undercover area, this space was perfectly suited to turn into a brand new sunroom, creating a bright and spacious area, perfect for entertaining, even in wet weather.
